After many years on the construction site acting as a Clerk of Works we decided the time had come to get back to our roots. In April of 2017 we relaunched our brand SHANCO INC as a GENERAL CONTRACTING company. Working in the Residential / Commercial industry we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering the highest quality projects possible.

Our Story

SHANCO INC was founded in early 2003 by Shannon D Hulme as a small Carpentry business providing services to home owners around the Tillsonburg, Ontario area. While it was just a side business at the time, several projects were completed for Residential and commercial clients. Linden Park mall in Brantford, Central Park Lodge Hamilton, as well as several private clients. In 2005 our company took on a new direction; Providing Clerk of Works Services to Infrastucture Ontario projects. We helped deliver many regionally important projects.
